Redesigned Windows 10 Start Menu Gets Some More Limelight

Information technology's been a few years since Microsoft introduced the kickoff ever version of Windows 10 under its new Windows equally a Service (WaaS) model. Looking back at the concluding five years, information technology feels similar the company has been focused more than on addressing the (never-ending) problems than bringing whatever new features.

Now this may not be a drastic design change (which Microsoft usually avoids to do anyway considering its concern/education userbase), but it does offer pocket-size improvements to the current design of the Offset Menu. The new design brings Fluent Pattern aesthetics to the Outset Menu, offer more spacing, less color, and a decluttered feel.

Considering the comments on our previous coverage on this, it's safe to say not everyone is a fan of this change. But, we take to acknowledge users don't really like it when Microsoft does drastically change things. If information technology'south any alleviation, Microsoft hasn't shared when it is planning to release this redesign to the public. As the development process for 20H2 is done, it is probable nosotros won't get to see this until 2021 characteristic updates.
